Warranty Exchange:
We warrant our products from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days. If there is a problem due to our materials or workmanship, we will take care of it. This includes stitching, seams, and materials. Some stitch wear, thread wear, elastic wear and movement are normal. We do not warrant problems due to strain, abuse, damage or normal wear. For warranty exchange contact us via Contact Us explaining the issue and we’ll try to resolve it.
Exchange Policy:
If you receive your holster and discover you ordered the wrong size, configuration or color, you may exchange it within 30 days by simply contacting us at Contact Us and explain your exchange request. Simply follow the steps below so we can assist you with your exchange.
How to Exchange:
- Using Contact Us, request the return-exchange, providing your sales order number and name.
- We will send you a return shipping label via email.
- Return the item including a copy of your sales receipt and our return approval within 5 business days.
- Place your order for your new item as soon as you receive our return label.
- When we receive the return we’ll refund the return within 1-3 days.
Return/Refund Policy:
We understand that nothing is perfect and buying on the internet is no exception. If you get our product and are absolutely convinced that it will not work for you then we’ll help you with your return and refund. Your product has to be new and unused to return the product. All refunds will include a 15% restocking fee deduction to cover the cost of restocking and repackaging the item.
How to Return/Refund:
To return the product for a refund simply contact us via the Contact Us and let us know your request. Please explain the reason you want to return the product and we’ll approve the return. Return the item to the address below with a copy of your receipt. We’ll refund you less the restocking deduction once your returned item has been delivered to us.
